Have you felt trapped in the disjuncture between your own convictions and the expectations of others? These same feelings were the inspiration behind “Lo que esperabas”, the new single by Las Fokin Biches.
In this new single, Las Fokin Biches express the feelings of those who prioritize their goals and personal convictions over the expectations of friends, family, society or their partners, even if that means disappointing them. The lyrics provide an honest and brave confession, recognizing the pain of not living up to the expectations of others.
